Downtown is the Heart of Corsicana, filled with a wide range of boutiques, sidewalk cafés, restaurant choices, and an exciting nightlife with music and live performances. Downtown truly has something for everyone! From the fruit cakes to fine art, from bootscootin to ballet, we have something for you!

Mission Statement:

The Downtown R.O.S.E. Association Inc. is dedicated to the enhancement of the Downtown Central Business District with in the City limits of Corsicana Texas, Navarro County. By improving the quality of the business and residential environment within the district boundaries thru civic organization, volunteerism and planning. We shall address such issues as; community design, tourism promotion, economic development, and restoration/revitalization with a focus on properties which are deemed in disrepare. We will strive to rejuvenate the downtown retail core and eventually to re-tenant the entire central district, thus creating a vibrant, sustainable and prosperous environment in which to work, live, shop, entertain, dine and play everyday!
